Before Day Of Service
Customers must confirm their shuttle service a minimum of one day before the service time and day. This can be done by simply calling (808) 745-1455 or via email at contact@honoluluairportshuttletransfers.com.
Upon Arrival
Please call or text 1 (808) 797-7950 when you arrive at the baggage claim.
Before Departure Day
Please call or text 1 (808) 797-7950 one day before to confirm the pick-up time.
Cancellation
If a cancellation is made, a 30% fee will be applied due to processing fees.
Service Changes
You may call us at 1 (808) 745-1455 during business hours (5:00 AM – 9:30 PM HST) or via email at contact@honoluluairportshuttletransfers.com (24 hours) to make any changes to your scheduled service.
Refund Policy
A 30% fee will be applied towards your total refund for Stripe processing fees.
